This booklet is based on Shri Dashvaikalik Sutra, the work of Shri Sudharma Swami, Shri Shayyanbhavswami and others. It teaches us the importance of conquering ourselves. It says that the ocean of sorrows is nothing but our desires fulfilled and unfulfilled.
