By Pandit Dipchandji Shah (Kaslival). The word "Puran" in the shastra name conjures up the idea that this shastra is a Pratamanuyog shastra about the charitra of a past Maha Purush! However this shastra is not about one individual Maha Purush but the eternal soul present/existing within every living being or about the soul that has obtained the eternal soul state i.e. Siddh Bhagwan.
