Chapter 1
Any inaction, leniency or no punishment for a crime leads to a spread of chaotic situations. Only honourable courts are empowered to pronounce the punishment. Jailor is expected to implement it.
If someone abuses, insults or we don't like what someone is doing. Everything that is happening is a form of punishment. Punishment is not without guilt.
That is why the court, in the form of karma satta, punishes us for the crime we have committed in our previous births.
Jailer is the one to punish us in the form of abuse and hence if we do not want to prolong our punishment we stop abusing back to the jailer.
Chapter 2
The only authority to Punish is Karmasatta. The punishment which is not announced by the court of Karma Satta. Apart from it, no one can punish or trouble us irrespective of his power, influence, richness

Chapter 3

Retaliation to our present suffering can lead to an increase of our suffering in the future and is not the right way to retaliate.
Right way to retaliate would be by which our present and future sufferings end.
But reward from the other world.
