Patricia Ramphal has worked on the book for 11 years and it documents her struggle with herself. From the introduction: This is a book of most of the transmutations of beliefs that I have done in the space of eleven years. I realized that it was meant to be published but I was not aware of it at the time I started taking notes of the clearing of my beliefs (also known as the garbage heap of beliefs that are piled upon our true self). I transmuted everything that came up in my feeling that was not good-feeling and I took notes of them. As I dedicated myself to taking notes, my issues showed up faster to clear. At times I felt frustrated that I was clearing and clearing and all this garbage wasn’t coming to an end.
