(0 Reviews)
One usually becomes angry when things do not go his way, or when the other person does not understand him or when there is a difference of viewpoint. Many times we become angry when we are accused of being wrong whereas we believe that we think we are right. We think that we are right because of our perception, and the other person thinks that he is right. Often, it is when we have no idea of what to do next, have no foresight or intuition, that we become angry. We damage our relationship with the people who love us the most. We want to give our children all the support, comfort and safety but our anger makes the children scared in their own house. How to deal with angry people? When a machine gets too hot, you must leave it alone for a while and in a short time it will cool down. But if you keep meddling with it, you will get burnt. Read on to get solutions to your anger relationship problems.
